BANDLAB/SONAR FAST SUPPORT REPLIES

Hi all,
Just wanted to commend response time for account support related questions, for myself I received a response within day, and subsequent question answered within about 30 minutes, previously I dont believe I ever received a response from support.
Fortunately most non-account related questions were answered here on forum.

cheers

John Egan

The new BandLab DAW has yet to materialize. Still it is encouraging. Hopefully support for the new DAW will be as timely.

Sadly I think you could be right. Running support for a web-based service is one thing. Being inundated with a load of new users and supporting all of them with a complicated software system is another. It's a major expense for any company and in order to maintain profit levels and remain competitive, support is usually the first thing to slide. Support regarding sales and accounts are normally not affected though.

Splat, Win 10 64bit and all sorts of musical odds and sods collected over the years, but still missing a lot of my old analogue stuff I sold off years ago.

Yeah they're gonna be like, "Oh no. what did we do?" - Buyer's remorse.
DAW Support, I can't imagine a hotter hell today.
We do support for just issues like what browser to use, to wit, believe it or not, people say what's a browser. Even though the have been using one for years. That frustrating enough after a while - And no those aren't young people, young people don't use computers.
