Will CbB expire?

Go to About Cakewalk in CbB and its states Membership until 06/10/2018. Does this mean time is limited on this 'free' product?
 
Is it 6th Oct or 10th June? Depends what side of the pond you are I guess?

    That is a "placeholder" date added to get around the old self expiring mechanism introduced with the payment plan option.  It will be removed in a future update.
