Tech Support Phone Number
It looks like I am going to need tech support help on getting a new project started. Does anyone have their support phone number...there is no tech support number on their contact us page. Thanks.

617-423-9021 I'd call early in the day if possible... Otherwise you will likely be on hold for a very long time.... Some report if you call early you get through quicker... I think they open at 10:00AM Eastern time... Deneen

I've tried this number, 617-423-9021, as well as a number given to me by the pro audio guys in Guitar Center of Eugene, Oregon, 617-423-9004. However, both numbers say the same recording, "We are no longer accepting calls on this line. Please visit our web site for technical support." What do I do next?
I Dream of Australia, France, and Canada, three wonderful nations that represent who I really am.

"Oh no! All of our agents are booked!" - how far into the future are slots opened up? a week, 2 weeks? maybe that window should be bigger, say a couple of months?

For the older projects just login to you account and go to My Products and the registrations codes should be there. I have just checked mine and I can see 5,6,7 and 8.5.

My Sonar Professional XI no-longer draws sound images in the clips display. I Have an Allen & Heath Zed R-16 with firewire interface. It just stopped working. After 3 days trying everything from quick fiddles to a complete re-instalation it still doesn't work. This means my recording system & studio is un-usable. Help - Anybody

Gustabo is on it. Find the picture cache in Sonars project folder C:\Cakewalk Projects\Picture Cache That's where it is in Platinum so I believe that's where it is in X1. Empty it. when it gets full, sonar cant redraw the wav anymore.

WOW this Sonar Pro is a different animal to CWPA9.0 ! How do I single step events in Events View? The Help here says Ctr + Alt + Spacebar but that doesn't work. I'll check back in an hour or so to see if anybody can help. Thanks

I need a phone number to call and speak to a technician.I live in Montreal Canada.Ijust bought sonar pro.I am getting a message to register my product. I entered my serial no. and other numbers to register drums and melodyne. The sonar was bought at a music store and paid in full.I would need a phone number to explain my situation.I do not want to have a $450.00 studio sitting on my shelves.Thank you so much.

You need to go to the Cakewalk site and register your product after opening an account and you’ll get online activation through a program called Cakewalk Command Centre. The version you’ve bought is obsolete as Cakewalk went out of business last year. It is still a fully functional though.
I would suggest trying to get my money back from your retailer but having opened the package I doubt you’ll succeed.
The sad part for you is that Cakewalk intellectual property has been bought by a Singapore social media music company called BandLab and just 3 days ago released a version of Sonar equivalent to Sonar Platinum and now called Cakewalk by BandLab. The kicker is it is completely free and in full and ongoing development.
