Installing CBP on new PC with my SONAR Plugins?

Can I install the new Cakewalk on a new PC and then install all my plugins from my SONAR Platinum purchase over the top? I've seen a lot of posts about people trying but no follow up to see if they succeeded.

    At this time the best solution is perform a complete install of Platinum, then install the CbB upgrade. Get your Melodyne installer from your Celemony account to make sure you have the latest one. Go to XLN audio for their installer to download Additive Drums.

    There are things that are part of the Splat installer that you won't have unless you install it first.
