One MIDI to rule them all

I would like to use my m-audio midi keyboard to play and control my softsynths and hardware.
What I'd like to do is to:
1. make one midi track.
2. Make other synth audio tracks.
3. Choose different midi channels.
4. During recording midi I would lile to change channels and put it on one midi track. So I've got midi clips on one midi track with different midi channels.

Have done it in Reaper using it's routing system to send/recieve midi with channel.
How to make it in Cakewalk?
