I downloaded Cakewalk by Bandlab, how do I get all the templates Platimum had?

Hi,

I know I messed something up, LOL!!!  How do I get the templates such as 16 Track, 24 Track, Mastering template, etc? I selected the option to copy over everything from Platinum.

Thanks!

Veets,
Read about my problem below.  BandLab changed the file location.  Check your file locations.  You may need to copy those templates and paste them where they belong.

Hi Scook and thanks for helping.
I did some more checking and found my original Project Template location was:
C\Cakewalk Content\Sonar Plantinum\Project Templates
BandLab changed it to:
C\Cakewalk Content\Cakewalk Core\Project Templates

Anyway just thought I would provide this location change in case someone else ran into this problem.
Thanks

Yes all you need to do is copy the templates that you created yourself from a prior version.
We don't automatically copy templates on migration since there may be old templates from prior versions that are not relevant anymore.

I did a post last weekend of 6 things I had to do in order to use Cakewalk and SPLAT side-by-side.  This was one of them.  Within about an hour it had been deleted.  Not sure why.

Yes it would be nice to have a sticky with some facts about these things as 90% of the new threads are asking these same questions over and over.
How about a facts sticky with READ THIS FIRST FACTS about CbB .

Include stuff like
The difference between Bandlab app and Cakewalk by Bandlab DAW
Facts about CbB like it runs offline and is not an on line app.
Where and how to download and install CbB
About the addition content file and do you need it
What's included  and what is not included in CbB.
Why you need to keep Splat or older Sonars versions installed
How to migrate Splat templates and Themes
And facts about legacy versions of Sonar activation, the plan for the server CCC etc.

Another thought I had to add to the facts sticky is, if Cakewalk by Bandlab will have a command center for updates or will updates be in the help window?
