Genny vst question

I'm using Sonar x3. I've also got a sega megadrive vst, Genny, when I freeze or export I get minute drops in the audio. Any idea what might be wrong?

Turn off fast bounce, it might help.

Hi, it appears I have a more serious problem than that. I froze all the synths again without fast bounce and then exported but the synths are all out of alignment, it's a complete mess. It plays fine within the project file though.

Seems like you have some DAW tuning to do. If everything sounds OK in the DAW, create an "export" of the entire project by using "Bounce to Track(s)" to create a track containing a full mix of the project. Then export that track.
