Is there Tech Support now for Cakewalk?

 Has Bandlab set up a support system yet? I still get random dropouts so Cakewalk is still unusable for me. Would love to get to the bottom of this , I have done everything i know to do. Do not have issues with any of the other daws I have installed.
 

Computer: Intel core2 quad q8400 @2.66ghz, 4 gb memory,64 bit Windows 7 Focusrite Saffire Pro 24, Sonar Platinum Ipswich and Update 1
