Sonar X3 with Kontakt

Anyone have any input on the minimum system requirements to run Win7 and Sonar X3 with Kontakt? I've got to upgrade my motherboard/cpu/ram because I just found a great Kontakt 5 sample and it kind of chokes on my current system (I core 2 duo 2.6 cpu)
