kind a stupid question - browser with console view

Probably I am blind (correction - for sure I am blind, have glasses with good reason :)

How can be showed browser at console view (1 monitor setup, to pick plugin in easy way for tracks/buses).

Few times I just did it (and also B shortcut worked). However no idea how :(
Mostly I failed to do it when in console view. Wading through menu/submenus is painful. Instead of I prefer to use browser and type some substring of plugin name.

Thanks in advance for tips :)

Regards,
Piotr

Pull the Console view down so you can see the Browser (type B if you can't see it), then undock the Browser from the little downward triangle in the upper right.

Size the Console the way you want, then drag the Browser to the right of the screen. It should create a blue rectangle that runs from the top of the screen to the bottom, along the right-hand side. Release the mouse, and the Browser should dock to the right of the Console.

I hope CbB introduces search box in the insert plugin button itself, like in Studio one. I hate browsing through the list and always use the browser.

It's next to impossible to work efficiently with any DAW using one screen these days.
I hate working on my laptop on anything more than editing.
But I have it set up the way I want it and then save that as the Advanced Lens. It's still pretty crippling trying to see everything at once. So you will be always resizing the different windows.
I use the little double arrows to min most and then re-open them.
You just have to spend some time learning how to manage the windows.

D will open and close the Multidock. Shift + D maximizes it.
B opens closes Broser (once you get it set up like you want)
I opens closes Inspector.

I would also suggest using ScreenSets. They are wonderful.

Is there a way to dock the browser into an undocked console view?
