Timing tool selecting multi tracks and stretching?

is there a way to do that? would be really useful. tx

    What timing tool are you referring to?

    If you are referring to audio snap, which is what I would use to time multiple tracks simulaneously, then take a look at this documentation

    ok sorry my english is bad. but im not talking about audiosnaps, only the tool TIMING, in the upper left icons, beside the move tool (edit tool) and u choose (timing) ... then u select multitracks and try to strech them together. only 1 u can.
    would be really usefull when selecting drum tracks like "bassdrum 1, 2, snare, hit hat, overheads" etc...
    instead i have to strech timing them 1 by 1 with the same precision... its long and boring.

    Well,
    I was going to say to use quick groups. But that does not work. So then I tried selection groups. That does not work either. So I guess the answer to the OP is no.
     
    However, in experimenting with this, I have uncovered some unwanted behavior. I hesitate to use the B-word but if I use the Timing Tool to stretch a clip and then Undo (Cntrl-Z); the clip moves relative to the point it was stretched (or shrunk) to. So the clip is then offset from it's original time. This is true in Cakewalk and SPlat but works as expected in X3.
     
    It has just occurred to me that it may be related to Display scaling (I use 150% despite some weirdness like the creeping fader). I will check that and report back.

    I may be wrong but I thought you could hold down the control button and use the mouse to click on the tracks you want to select. Make sure the tracks you want to change are highlighted. Then do whatever function you need to do. May have to split tracks where you want the change to start and end. 
     Like I said, I may be wrong but you can try it. I really don't use the timing tool very often.
