Missing TH3

Hi guys,
have been trying to give CWbyBL a go but have had Win 10 update issues or refurbished SSD crashes.
I have migrated win 10 from HDD to SSD for a third time after noway to recover from stuck repair cycle and have installed CW each time but there is no TH3. Only TH2 from old Sonar version.
Is it suppose to come with TH3? Cheers
If I can get the O/S stable, (any ideas, mine is to get a new SSD and use existing as a pjt/data drive.

    The VST3 TH3 Cakewalk is included in the CbB installer.
