Authorizing Rapture Pro

Sorry if this has already been answered but surprisingly I get no hits when I search for authorize, authorizing, etc. on this forum.
 
I'm thinking of reformatting my DAW's hard drive and reinstalling Win 7.  I originally installed Rapture Pro through Cakewalk Command Center.  Does CCC still work or am I going to have to download a Bandlab app?  Can I still reinstall Rapture Pro at this time?

    The Command Center should work. RP migration is still on the BandLab to do list.
