Text Fonts Too Large inside Rapture Pro (latest update) in FL 12

Hi all 
Am having an issue with the Text and Number data being "too large" for parameter fields inside Rapture Pro. 

This issue only happens in FL 12 AFAIK as have loaded it into other DAW's with no problems but it is happening in FL12.5 and the Latest FL12.9 Beta. I know this is not the Forum for FL (have posted there as well)  but was wondering if 

a. it had been reported by anyone else 
b. it might have something to do with the Vector Graphics or Wrapper inside FL
c. If there is any setting that might change how the fonts are presented inside 3rd party plugs in FL

Any help appreciated. Am running on Windows 10 with a GTX1060 Video card on a MSI GE62VR 7RF Apache Pro
