Does Cakewalk SONAR support Casio PX-770 piano?

    If you mean if you can connect Px-770 to your Windows PC and use it in Cakwalk/Sonar for midi recording and playing, yes, it does, like any decent Digital Audio Workstation, as they all support the midi standard.
    You can even send program change messages to swithc instruments and more, but that requires a bit of learning.

    All DAW's support MIDI and most all Keyboards have MIDI out via DIN or USB.

    The last driver update was 2013 to support Windows 7.
