Missing UAD 64bit mono plugins (Update)

Update: A new software update from UAD solved one of my issues. I now have both 64bit mono and stereo plugins working.
The issue now is that in Bandlab both my stereo and mono plugins are available for use, but in Sonar Platinum only the stereo plugins are available. The VST paths in both applications are exactly the same.  Not a big deal as I am using the bandlab version now, but I am wondering why this would be?

I was doing a scan for vsts not realizing I had both Cakewalk Platinum and Cakewalk by Bandlab open. Sonar is no longer finding my UAD 64bit mono plug ins. It appears I am pointing to the correct folder but only 32bit versions are coming up.
Stereo plugins are installed correctly.

While troubleshooting I noticed that you can't tell from just looking at the filenames of the plugins whether they are 32bit or 64bit. I don't see any identifiers in the associated properties either.

This is very frustrating.  Any ideas?

My UAD plugin paths:
VST (64bit)
 folder
C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VstPlugins\Powered Plugins\
C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VstPlugins\Powered Plugins\mono
