Audio dropouts

One of my projects is suddenly experiencing a dropout at the same hh/mm/ss.  I've been freezing and comping a few tracks to remedy, but no resolution so far.  Any ideas what could be causing this irritation?

    To follow up with my resolution (after trying many fixes), from the Sync and Caching preference, I increased Playback I/O from 1028 to 2048.  Record I/O I did not adjust which was set to 512.  Hope this helps.
