Automatic "Give All Keystrokes To Plugin"?

Hello,
 
I was wondering if there is a setting or something in an .ini file I can modify so that I don't have to click the "Give All Keystrokes To Plugin" each time I load up a plugin.   I always find myself hitting Cakewalk shortcuts by accident.
