Older project will not close properly in CbB or Platinum ?

I've opened an older project (Sonar X2a - from 2013) . . . then did a bunch of work in Cakewalk by Bandlab.
Everything worked fine, I was able to export my mix, and all worked smoothly.
. . . but this project will not close properly, just hangs, not responding, it will not die until I kill the task in Task Manager.

When I open the original X2a project in Sonar Platinum, same thing, it will not close . . . so, I'm thinking 5 years ago I did something against the program rules and this project somehow got corrupted . . . but only for closing down, it opens fine, and it plays fine, it exports audio fine.

I've opened in Safe mode with no plugins loaded, saved it, and it closes down properly. So, now I know it's one of my plugins that's causing this issue . . . but, I just can not figure out which one ?

Is there a better, quicker way of zoning in on an offending plugin ? Perhaps another way of generating crash dump information ?
Call me impatient, but the longest I've waited for this thing to close is about 30 minutes, so no crash dump info.
. . . and who would I send it to anyways ?

A bit slow/redundant, but if you open in safe mode eliminating one 32bit lugin at a time and saving under alternate names?

Likely get you there but tedious.

Most likey a 32bit plugin that far back, yes?

    Nice thought Keni . . . but I don't think I've used any 32 bit plugins since Sonar 8.53
I thought for sure it was Roland RMIX ! . . . but that's not it.

Yes I had a similar issue and it was my beloved Mr Tramp (32 bit) I works and as you say you can export the mix, but I would get a freeze up on closing. I have since switched over to using other Wurly emulators, but I still like that one better.
