Proper Etiquette

I've noticed FEARLESS LEADER usually refers to himself in the 3rd person. Is this the way I should speak of myself. I mean Is this the way bayoubill should speak of himself? I need to know for future reference!

    Rusty had a fondness for giving himself his daily motivational pep talks .
    He loved to talk to himself as in the 3 rd person while looking himself in the eye of his reflection .
    Over the course of time , his gaze was transformed from a shy insecure wall flower look  into the gaze of a cold hardened steel Alpha Male .
    All went good for Rusty for a time , that is until the day he started to believe that he really was the King of The Jungle  .
    One day Rusty stepped out of his apt in Brooklyn N Y and met Tom The One Eyed Alley Cat

     
     
    When Rusty got out of the hospital he promptly went back to the  dollar store to return the mirror he had bought on sale that like to tells lies  
     
    Rumor has it that all did indeed turn out well for Rusty anyway . While he was laying there in the street bleeding a female bass player named Tal picked him up and placed Rusty in her warm curvaceous buxom
