SD Card Version 7 Specifications Released - Test Batches Already Available

The SD Association released a new set of standards.
 
Version 7 cards are called SD Express and SDUC. These cards will have a transfer rate of up to 985 megabytes per second and storage capacity of up to 128 tetra bytes. Version 7 cards are PCIe and MVMe compatible so they can be used as SSD storage memory.
