Easy breezy...

I can almost hear a tight 808 or similar snare in there instead...

Thank you Steve, not had a chance to revisit this, with the dog being unwell and other stuff apart from no A/C in the studio and unusually hot weather here in the UK.  It has been up to 35 C (95 F) in the studio to hot for anything.

Hey Wookiee,
I'd be a very willing chipmunk if you'd consider me! I like this piece very much :)

Thank you Laura, glad you liked this, it has been very hot here in the east of the UK, got to 38 in the studio the other day not much less on other days.  Our beautiful dog has also not been well but seems to be recovering now.  So with all that very little has been done in the studio, thanks for the offer though.

That temperature can leave you feeling drained, that's for sure!
I also know what it's like having a beloved pet unwell, and I wish you all the best with that. Sending you my best wishes for your dog's complete recovery, Wookiee,

Wookie,

Great track, had a few listens through.   Really like the keyboard work, very nice upbeat sound:)    Definitely a laid back summer feel.

On the drums, I would actually consider a nice classic Linn Drum sound, I think it would fit nicely with the rest of the track.    If you have the Arturia Spark Vintage, all those classic Drum machines are there.

Regards

Thank you Mark, good suggestion I have Spark, which does have Linn drums and I think the XLN Electronic kit I got with AD2 has a Linn emulations well may well give it a try when the UK recovers from this heatwave.

Nice one, Wook!  Very pleasant "open air" vibe with lots of fun elements popping up all the way through!

Nice choice of synths and great playing as always with your stuff!

Hope your pup feels better soon, and try to stay cool to beat the heat, it can really be dangerous!  I've been a human puddle for about 7 weeks now, and we broke a 46 year local High Temp Record back in June when it hit 99 degrees here!  For me, Heat + Humidity = YUCK!

Have a good one, John and stay cool, my friend!
Bob

Thank you Bob, hope things cool a little for you to..,  The heat broke on Saturday with a thunderstorm and some rain, which just pushed the humidity through the roof.  Woke this morning to rain and a lighter atmosphere.

Have fun and stay cool Bob.
