Speed comping/clip take contrast improvement

Fellows users and Bandlab,

I know GUI's are a tough subject to touch so I'm not trying to start yet another wa (please) by what follows:

I have a little improvement to ask when you are selecting clips when using speed comping:
  - Currently to clip you slect is slightly "darker" than the unselected ones. It would be nice to have it stand out a little more. Nothing drastic unless others are experiencing the same thing

 - After its introduction I gave the take lanes a go and it as it was driving me "wakoo" ('cause I was trying t relicate my good olde workflow) I dropped it. After reading a couple of posts I finally decided to give another go and spent the last couple of weeks to really learn what it is capable of doing......wooow!

- Ok, to make it efficient there are a couple of shortcuts you have to remember (easy to forget if you don't use it a lot) wihtout a cheat sheet lying around but I'm really starting to see how it's going to be very useful for hwat I'm trying to do.

So back to the above suggestion: I am working with a trake that has 10 take lanes and I come to realize that because there isn't that much difference "color/contrast wise) when speed comping I ofthen loose track of the selected clip.

Thus the reason for making the selected clip a little (to start) more "obvious. If one wants to get "outside of the box) why not suround it with edges. I do that all the time with excel to make things stand out and it really works.....at least for m.

Conclusion:

If I'm the only one feeling this way....well everything above shall be ignored not to disturb anybody's workflow unless you make a "preferences" with the current view the default.

Otherwise maybe te bandlab could think about it and, why not, post a layout sample to comment.

Cheers evybody!

Mario
