Did anyone get a JavaScript error when Bandlab Assistant loaded?
Hi, Bandlab Assistant loads as soon as my PC boots up. There was a Java update yesterday and I didn't have any issues. I booted up today and received a message that says a JavaScript error occurred in the main process. Another pop up says something went wrong Request failed with status code 502. I am curious if anyone else received an error like this or similar? I am still able to run Bandlab Assistant so this might be an issue with JavaScript. I am looking now to see if I can roll back the update on JavaScript but so far I haven't been able to find it. Thanks

Thanks for the link. I posted on there as well. Hopefully we'll get a fix for it from either Java or Bandlab.

I had to log in with my email address, rather than my ID name. That worked.

I'm figuring it is a work in progress. I cannot update from BandLab Assistant. Each time there is a new version I have to physically go on the site and download it and then it works. So be it.

my computer has win 10 home 1803 and helper tool "bandlab 3.2.0". It is possible to log in, but now it cannot load the bandlab Loop Packs. No content displayed. On second computer ( win 10 Pro ) this tool first has displayed loop pack for many weeks, but now it is also not loading it. I think because 2 computers wont load loop pack, this is a case at bandlab home and not problem my own... possible loop packs returned on next update 3.3.0 or so? Actual i has not used loop packs from this tool, but it has interesting content

Yep...using email to log in worked here when getting the 401 error.
