Bounce to clips from bar 1

I sometimes record clips on refrain only etc. This makes "fragmented" tracks, and I "bounce to clip" But it bounces from first recording only. How can I make it bounce from the beginning?

Record 1 sec silence part at the begining of the track before bouncing. At least that's what most people I know did, and it worked.

Bounce to Clip(s) works at the clip level starting with the first selected clip.
Bounce to Track(s) works at the track level starting at 0.

The left edge of an audio clip may be dragged to 0; padding the left side of the clip with silence.

Thank you, gentlemen!
But..     :)
I'm familiar with the record from start-option. Bounce to tracks makes a new stereo track.
Close enough, though.
