Odd behavior in PRV with latest Bandlab release

In PRV I place a note and the when I drag to lengthen it, it drags but creates a new note over the old note with the new length.  I hope this is explained well.  I do like the new note length selection in the interface but this behavior is new as far as I can tell.  Anyone else see this?  Drop an eighth note and then grab and drag to whole note...

    I couldn't reproduce on my laptop either.  I will go back to the project and DAW to get more details if possible.
