(SOLVED) CbB VST scanning correct path, but not seeing plugin... Sonar IS seeing it

In the process of migrating from my old Sonar Professional to CbB.

All my plugins seem to be working okay. Except one from Soundtoys, for no apparent reason.

I have three Soundtoys plugins, all in the same Soundtoys folder in this path: c:\program files\vstplugins
Decapitator.dll
Little Alter Boy.dll
Echo Boy Jr.dll

CbB is seeing Decapitator and Littler Alter Boy, but not Echo Boy Jr -- In Sonar (same scan path), it is seeing all three.

I tried adding c:\program files\vstplugins\soundtoys to the VST scan to see if that would work, but it made no difference. Still not seeing Echo Boy Jr in there. I can't figure out why. Any ideas on what I should try next?

Thanks.
Billy

Mystery solved... sort of. Still don't know why it was seeing just two of three plugins in the same folder, but I did this, found on Soundtoys troubleshooting:

    1. Open up Sonar by right-clicking on the icon and selecting "Run as Administrator,"
    2. Select "Preferences" from the "Edit" menu, and then select "VST Settings" from the left-hand bar.
    3. Add a direct line to your Soundtoys subfolder (where the plug-ins reside).  [NOTE: I had done this before, with no effect.] If it is already there, remove it and add it again.
    4. Select "Re-scan Failed Plug-ins" and "Re-scan Existing Plug-ins" and hit "Scan VST Folders."

Confused because I thought subfolders ARE scanned in the hierarchy. ie: Soundtoys folder is a subfolder of VST plugins, so it's: (c:\program files\vstplugins\soundtoys.
