Has Anyone Mapped Out What FaderPort 8 Affects in CbB?
I was thinking this might be good fodder for my next Sound on Sound column, so I've been playing around. There are some useful functions, like being able to push on the big knob to drop a marker. But there are also a lot of "almost works" things. For example, horizontal and vertical zoom works great in the Piano Roll View, but only horizontal works the way I want in Track View. Neither works in Matrix View.
But rather than re-invent the wheel, I wonder if such a document already exists somewhere deep in the bowels of the internet...I am aware that the owner's manual includes CbB-friendly functions, but it doesn't mention that (for example) hitting the Write button toggles offset mode on and off. I wonder if there are other "Easter eggs."

I also found that the Trim button will fit the project into the available space in Track View.
