Sonar 8.5 Producer: Arranging Synth Strips in the Synth Rack

I know there's a way you can arrange tracks in the track view to appear in any order you want, and that has me asking, is there a way you could do the same with Synth strips in the Synth Rack view, or even Effects in the Effects Bins? For me, I use the \ key to move a track down one row at a time, and the Shift+\ key combination to move a track up one row at a time. These shortcuts also work in the Bus Pane for rearranging buses. I wonder if these shortcuts will work in the Synth Rack and the FX Bin as well?
