Midi Question

I just recorded a line. Then using the same track and instrument I recorded a harmony line. The first line I recorded is now muted. I've never seen this behavior before. How do I get my original line to play along with the harmony line?

    And for the already muted MIDI clip, select the clip, and hit 'K' to unmute it.
