It's Real Love (beatnik bop)
Here is one that I pulled out of my old working files and fixed up a bit. It is done in kind of a beatnik bop style that I loved as a wee bit of a child. You know -- great songs like Do You Promise (Beatnik Wedding) by the Honkers, Mama's Place by Bing Day, and A Beatnik Story by the Expressos. All great stuff. Anyway, it is done in a talking style and there is a moral to the story. I hope that it gives you a bit of a chuckle. As always comments and suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks. Hi Kev. I use WAV loops, from a number of sources, for the drums in my stuff. I was looking for bongos (in keeping with the theme and ambiance) but couldn't find any that would fit. Sooo, I had to go with traps. I tried finding something that would complement the bass in this song (since in MHO the bass carries this song). Oh well, I tried.

Your guitars had a nice Chicago Electric Blues Sound ...the kind of thing you would hear listening to Willie Dixon or many of the other musicians and band leaders from that musical era and genre .
Your speaking voice had a nice pleasant Laid Back thing going on ..
Also your tune was loose in most of the right places and even in some of the wrong places ....
In any event , I enjoyed that element of your songs delivery ...
