New PC

I'm getting a new PC - Is there a way to transfer my original SPLAT to it? Or do I have to go to Bandlab? I don't want want the extras that Bandlab doesn't support.

Install Platinum. The easiest way is by using the Cakewalk Command Center. To save time, after installing the Cakewalk Command Center on the new PC, copy the installers from the the download folder on the old PC to the new PC. The default location of the download folder is C:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Command Center\Downloads (ProgramData is a hidden folder). While there is no requirement to move to Cakewalk By BanLab failing to upgrade misses out on quite a few bug fixes and enhancements. As long as Platinum is installed, CbB will run everything bundled with Platinum.

May want to log onto your Celemony and XLN Audio accounts and deactivate the old PC to free up those licenses. These vendors track installations and restrict their products to two active installations.
