Crash when bouncing multiple clips
I've got a project with minimal FX. Currently editing a multi-track drum performance and have been using audio snap to fix timing, then bouncing my quantized fixes to clips. All good so far. However when selecting all my edited clips across the whole of the drum tracks and bouncing to clips I get a crash. Most of the time it flashes a dialog on the screen too quick for me to read and just shuts down. I'm getting this every time. I've disabled all FX to see if that was causing the issue and also disabled/enabled 64 bit processing. On one occasion the windows event viewer mentioned vcRUNTIME140.dll. All my C++ runtimes are up to date. I have the latest Cakewalk released yesterday. I do however have a crash dump. Would the guys at Bandlab be able to take a look please? In the meantime I'm moving forward with the project after bouncing individual tracks to clips - this worked ok. Cheers, Mike

There's definitely something buggy regarding audio clips, and it's been there for a while (although not this specific issue). I can't repeat the transpose issue raised yesterday, however I've got "Create one clip per file" enabled which seems to make clips much more reliable for me. You might want to try: 1. Save the project with the "Create one clip per file" option enabled (it's on the save dialog) 2. Do a "Bounce to clip(s)" on each individual clip, forcing each clip into its own file. ...then try bouncing multiple clips.

MagicMike Hi, That option is greyed out! Mike
You need the "Copy all audio with project" option checked as well to make it un-greyed.

I tried saving as a bundle and it complained about having stretched data and/or transient markers. I've been through every single track and comps and every track is bounced to 1 clip per track. I've no idea how to find the hidden transient markers. I think this may be what's causing the crashes however I cannot find any stretched audio or transient markers as I've finished editing with audio snap. Any ideas?

FIXED! On my drum tracks I had edited all the takes and bounced to clips. What I didn't do is "flatten comp"... even though I had deleted all the extra comps! After doing this each track had a flatted comp and another muted track which was set to "Audio Transient" - weird! Deleted all the muted Audio Transient comps and all is now fine!
