CA-2A Demo Mode

About 2 years ago, I got the CA-2A compressor for free through an email promotion from Cakewalk. Recently, the plug-in has been in demo mode every time that I try to use it. I had this issue previously, but I was able to resolve it the first time by reinstalling it on my computer. This time though, I've probably deleted it and reinstalled it at least ten times and nothing changes.

I can't email customer support because the link to it has been dead for awhile. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the recent acquisition of the company, but I haven't been able to get in touch with them since last year.

Has anyone else had this issue with their software recently and solved it?

Not sure if BandLab can help, here is their support information http://forum.cakewalk.com/FindPost/3775869

If this is a Windows install, after deleting the CA-2A make sure C:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\CA-2A Leveling Amplifier is deleted. Then reinstall using the Cakewalk Command Center.

I can't help if it is a Mac install.

I had that same exact problem a few months back. I ended up just using the original "PC-2A" that I bought from Cakewalk back when it first came out.
