I liked the nomad article. I used one of those today.
StudioCat > I use Windows 10 and Sonar Platinum. I have a touch screen. I make some videos. This one shows how to do a physical loopback on the RME UCX to get many more equalizer nodes.

Thanks for the Indiginus Renegade review which was more a how to use it guide than a review for me. I bought Renegade some time ago and had overlooked its strumming capabilities. Gotta check that out now.

Would have loved a comparison with the original Spaces in the latter, but these reviews are, as always with SoundBytesMag, an absolute pleasure to read,

The same thought occurred to me as I was doing the final read through. But I try to include stuff that isn't in the documentation and/or isn't obvious, things I either had to figure out or give up and ask Tracy about. So in that respect yeh, it's a tutorial. As for the review part, how's this: it's cheap, sounds great, and it's easy to use. Though maybe not on par with, say, the OTS Jumbo, it's also less than half the price.

Yep, and that would cover ALL their products. And I do appreciate your explanation of the not so obvious things which has helped me out quite a few times.

The groups of six are also available in sub-bundles that are also massively more expensive than what they can be had for during a sale. The Blue Tube collection is now at version 3 and that version was introduced in 2006. I could not track down the date of the appearance of earlier versions. However, I did find a forum post from the developer, the late Bernie Torelli, who wrote that version 3 was a complete ground-up redesign of the collection, both internally and externally.

Thanks for the heads-up, Kamikaze. I wrote about both Blue Tubes and Blue Cat in this latest issue. You have no idea how many times I wrote Blue Cat and had to backspace and correct. Evidently one typo got overlooked.

That would be me. Where's that quote from and did I miss something? By "editor" here, by the way, it's mostly a job of proof-reading and normalizing to certain standards (e.g., "O.k." becomes "OK" or "2 LFOs" becomes "two LFOs"). Most of the writers send me pristine copy in terms of grammar and spelling (Dave T.'s submissions are super-easy to proof). Per mostly writes very clean copy as well, unless he's late and sleep deprived. Several of our writers for whom English is a second language ... well, that's another story entirely.
