Is it possible to update audio clips from a different audio source file

Just wondering if I can link the audio clips in my project to a different pitch corrected version of the same audio file, so instead of it linking to voc8.wav it would be linked to voc8new.wav? Is there any way to do this so it applies to all clips that use voc8.wav? Also, just wondering how I can disable all the pan/volume etc guides as it's slowing down my display?

    The easiest way would be to drag voc8new.wav from windows explorer onto your track.
