Yamaha MODX8
This new MODX series looks nice. Best of Montage and lightweight. Got myself the MODX8. Arriving in four weeks. Yay.

Cool. I had the Montage in for review and it was killer. The MODX looks great, too, as an inexpensive alt. Nice FM.

Very nice Fleer. It's the first keyboard that piqued my interest in a while! Been watching a few of woody's reviews/live stream of it e.g. https://youtu.be/6H15ZuKrO6IBe interested in your thoughts when it arrives.

Cool - it's like an up to date SY77 / SY99. 8 operator FM sounds awesome.

YOu got me thinkin' this could be what I've been looking for, a lightweight all-in-one keyboard for gigs that replaces my two keyboard setup. Not as light as my Casio PX 5S, which I love, but more versatile and up to date. Hmmm....

Turning the flashing of the Super Knob on/off In the default setting, the Super Knob flashes at the current beat. You can turn this flashing on/off as follows. When the function is turned off, the Super Knob remains lit continuously. 1. Press the [UTILITY] button to call up the Utility display, then touch [Settings] tab [System] tab. 2. Select “ON” or “OFF” in “Knob Flash” to turn the flashing on or off.
