'Day of The Dead'

Nothing to do with Halloween really, but what the heck, it's a good song and worth a repost.

I remember this James, Tim did a great vocal on this and the backing was top notch as ever.

Awesome tune.  I love haunting stuff like this.  Vocals are a perfect fit.  Very well written and performed.

I think you know how I feel about Nettlesmith stuff ... some of the best work ever done that's not mainstream and Tim's vocal leaves ya cold ...  SOooo good to hear this again, thanks for the post

Great song! I like the vocal most of all. It really brings out the creepiness of the lyrics.

    Hi, James,

How are, you, my friend?  Hope you're doing well!

Sorry, I missed this when you first reposted it, but I'm glad you did, because this was one of my all time favorites from you and Tim!

This is a fantastic piece of music, both you and Tim did a spectacular job on all your parts, and the mix is clean, punchy and modern sounding.

I really love your guitar tone and fiery playing on this, the clean parts are very tasty, and Tim's haunting vocals really hit the vibe of the song spot on!

Excellent as always, James, really great to hear it again!

    Have a good one!
    Bob

Really like this song. Great vocal work. Builds nicely, and I like the mix. Lyrics are charmingly bleak...
