Options menu missing from insert midi track

Options menu missing from insert midi track

The options menu no longer pops up when I choose to insert a midi track into my project.  Is this a configurable option?  I am wondering if I inadvertently turned the option off.  I am using Sonar Platinum - not BandLab Cakewalk. Thanks.
