Help! Latest Cakewalk by Bandlab update won't complete installation

I am finally getting around to installing the latest update, but after BandLab Assistant (3.2.1)downloads the files it just shows "Installing...." forever, and never completes the installation.  The Cakewalk version presently installed is 2018.07(Build 13, 64 bit)

My Daw is 64-bit Windows 10.  Is there anything that I can do to get it to complete the installation?  Anyone else encounter this problem?  My PC just this past week updated Windows 10.  My C: drive is down to just 60 GB free space.  I have no problems using Cakewalk by BandLab but would like to see what improvements I have missed out on by not updating.

Thanks

I feel like the guy from the IT crowd but have you tried retrying after rebooting your PC? :)
Also check if there is an installer dialog hidden behind other windows prompting you for something. That's happened to me on a few occasions.

Come to think of it, Noel, you do look a little like Roy. Can I be Moss?

Sorry, couldn't resist a reference to my favorite fictional geeks.

I'll second Noel's suggestions. When it hangs, press ALT-TAB to see what might be lurking there. It could be a security warning. Also, running as Administrator might help if it's a problem with Windows permissions.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

Edit: Just re-read what I posted and it could have been misread.

THANK YOU NOEL!!!

That was it!! The first installer dialog prompt for the language version was hiding behind the BandLab assistant!   Now I am updated to the current version!
