Where is the setting for "plugin always on top"?

Dumb question, I should know, but in setting up CbB on the new rig; I can't find it!

    It's in preferences, in the section that includes VST plug-ins (Edit > Preferences > File > VST Settings > General - clear the "Recycle Plug-in Windows).
     
    But there's a lot more to this feature than you might think, click the Help button the preferences page to see all the options.
