Can SPlat vsts be used outside of Sonar?

Can Pro Channel, LP Multi, etc be used outside of SPlat?
 
How would one do that?

    Pro Channel cannot, but LP MB can, because it is a VST.  Just add the VST folder path that your Splat plugin dll files are installed in to the VST scan path of your other DAW host and scan them.

    DAW: CbB; Sonar Platinum, and others ...
