No Audio Playback in Cakewalk Bandlab - Same project and settings in Platinum

No Audio Playback in Cakewalk Bandlab - Same project and settings in Platinum

I finally installed Cakewalk Band Lab on my main studio computer (after trying it out on my Laptop).  
 
The projects I open in Bandlab do not play audio (or midi) despite having the same settings in Platinum which works fine on the same machine.
 
Any idea what could be causing this?
 
Individuals tracks outputs going to master, master set to Sereo MAudio Firewire ASIO FQ1814 Analog Out 1/2 L

    More than one program open that's grabbing the audio? I think even a browser can be the culprit in a case like that.

    Hi Craig,
        I did a full shut down.  Re-start and re-enabled my Sound card.  Opened Cake Bandlab straight out of the gate after that with the same problem.  Anything else that would potentially be holding onto the drivers/card, I might not be thinking about?
     
    (Even if I open a Synth such as ADII within Cake and click on the drum icons, no levels are showing in the plugin)

    I reinstalled it and manually changed some of the Audio Settings in bandlab then changed them back again to match what they were before and that seemed to fix it.  Not sure what the issue was.
