Why is Session Drummer 3 not available in Sonar X3?

Why is Session Drummer 3 not available in Sonar X3?

Hi All,
  A have the x64 Session Drummer available in my Cakewalk VstPlugin folder but it is not loaded when I start Sonar. How can I get Sonar to recognise this VST please?

    Reset & Rescan your vst's
