Missing UAD plugin in sonar list

Hi there,
I wanted to try a demo of the UAD softube vocoder.
It will not show up in the list of UAD plugs in the cakewalk plugin manager... it is not excluded or hidden from the plugin manager or hidden in the settings of the UAD control panel. Why would this be? All the other plugins seems to be there.

I imagine a full reinstall would fix it but that's rather time consuming. Any other way to get it to show up? It shows up in the UAD plugin list in the control panel and I see the .dll etc.

Also running the most recent updated UAD version #9.7.0.

on windows 8.1
Thanks
Jono

Have you tried doing a manual rescan from the Cakewalk Plugin Manager? Make sure the re-scan failed/existing plugins is checked under "Options" and then run "Scan VST Plugins". Maybe that will do the trick. I am seeing the Softube Vocoder UAD plugin in the latest CbB version.

Hi. Make sure to include the UAD plugins folder to your scan path in Preferences (P), file, Vst Settings.
    Then do as above.
    All the best.
