My First Completed Song

Hi.Have a listen. This is the first song i have completed.I like the lyrics better than the arrangement.See what you think.Please critique this song for me.

    I get the "tick tock" sound in relation to the song, but I don't think it should come in a second time like it did.

    Good lyrics, sounds like most of the instruments need brought up a bit tho in relation to the vocal.

    A harmony on the second vocal chorus might be good to add.

    very nice first song...the recording sounded pretty good, all the instruments are clear and audible. Vocals are convincing and sit in the song well...and more importantly...you didn't bury them like many people do in early mixes. I enjoyed the guitar work in the song...understated yet just right for the tune. As mentioned earlier...some harmonies would probably really finish the song off right, but its a good song in it's own right, now.
