Track 2 records track 1!

I'm using GTR Pro three (new to it) an Creative Audigy 2 zs platinum sound card. Its the old problem of putting down the first track(ie.drums) then when I record the second track (guitar) I get both the drums and guitar on track 2! I think it's to do with the soundcard setting but I cant seem to get into it from the GTR pro 3 desk top (you could frtom the Gtr 2 set up).

Could anyone lend a hand before my PC lands in the front garden.
Many thanks

Mike H
