Onw more question

I now hear all of my instruments, even my "free" plugins, except I can't hear anything from nPulse. ( using MIDI ). Itis responding to key presses, because the little green light lights up on it when i press the keys.....but no sound yet. I heard it when i first hooked it up and installed it, so I'm not sure what i did. I didsabled somethingin the USB config in the settings of my computer last week, so i hear can play the controller now. Any thoughts?

Not going to tell you what I use because that would be too easy. If you're in this business FOR REAL.....you need to start doing your homework for yourself. Good Day.

Not sure how people do things in your country, so maybe you're a bit behind the times eh?

You realize that the nPulse responds to certain notes? You have to see what notes are assigned to each drum sample in nPulse.... Thats all I can think of. If you have green lights blinking it means something outside of P5 must be the problem.

I have NO IDEA what "Martin0714" was posting there.... I think it's safe to say he was smokin' the funny stuff ...whatever...ignore him. We don't answer people that way in this forum!

    So ... what's the occasion? <g>

I, too, was surprised at the way the Freeware thread took a turn, but everyone makes mistakes. So I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt, and say that it's possible that, with nPulse being a multiple-output synth, that either the "pads" are directed to an inactive output, or that the selected output itself is bypassed. Try "un-bypassing" all of the outputs in the right-click menu of the nPulse track, and see if that helps. Or you can rotate the little output spinner to see what the results are. Green is 'open'; greyed-out, bypassed. [Hmm ... yet another case in point for the usefulness of track patches ...]

I see the jest Martin0714...I didnt realize where the quotes were from, as you didn't site the source... no harm..I just wanted to make sure that new members weren't being mistreated...and I see you were doing the same by giving him "his medicine".

I dunno how I missed those posts!

one DXI cuestion February 22, 05 9:40 PM (permalink)
I have SONAR 2.2 and Project5 1.5, and my Project5 doesnt appears as a DXI sinth at the list of SONAR (neither ReWire client). So i cannot use my Project5 into SONAR.
Just i can use all the separated sinths of Project5 into SONAR, but not Project5 as a integral DXI client in SONAR.
    Can someone help me?
PD: i´ve downloaded a trial of SONAR 4 to test, and i didnt see Project5 into the list anyway, so i think is a problem of Project5.
    Thanks for helping me!

p5 does not function as a dxi but you should see it as a rewire in sonar's synth rack under "rewire devices". can't remember if sonar 2 has rewire capability

Yes, SONAR 2.2 has ReWire support, because i can use ReBirth and Reason as a ReWire client.
Thank you for trying to help me, but i still have the problem.
Thanks again and PLEASE, CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?
