This is a song I have created in roughly one day total. I was up all of last night working on it, from about midnight till now, eight AM, which is a record time for me finishing a song. It's for a friend of mine's student film final which is due today, so we're all working overtime to get the whole thing done.

This song is at the opening of the nine minute short film, where we find our protagonist looking for his bounty; ah, he is a bounty hunter. My aim for the first part of the song was to build tension and to keep the audience ready for something. Then we spot our target, and we build up for a short period until the chase begins, ending in a fast paced finale where he is taken down.

Completion time - seven hours. Completely original except for a sample (the spooky voice effect at the very end when the target is shot). Created in Project5 and mastered in ACID (Some light EQing, compression, and reverb, and adding in the voice sample).

Not a masterpiece at all, but something I'm happy with for a day of work.

I also have to write a second song for the finale of the piece, which I will also probably post soon, since it's all due today by 3 PM at the latest.

this is really good...i liked all the sounds you used...very nice strings.

This is the song during the final scene of the movie, where our valiant bounty hunter realizes the bounty he is after is actually herself a bounty hunter for the government, and makes him see that the man he is working for is involved in a drug scandal. The scene this music goes to is when they are running to escape, and they are met by his boss and his friend pointing guns at them, and a heated conversation ensues. Then the FBI shows up, thanks to our heroess, cue protagonist voiceover, and we cut to the two in a pizzeria, roll credits.
