midi problems

dear all.. i would like to ask why i have such a midi problem:
i use sonar 4 pro. with reason 2.5 as rewire. but when i playback or record... even only working on midi tracks.. when i set the bpm to 75... but after several times of playback or recording... the midi become show down.. i mean even the bpm is 75 but music played like slower... may be 65 or lesser...
after i stop the machine.. play again .. it would back to normal...
is anybody can help me for this? really thanks very much in advance!

I have been using Sonar 4 with Reason 2.5 and have not ran into this problem.

do you happen to know what version of rewire you are using?
    check version properties of c:\windows\system32\rewire.dll

    Thanks,

open the event list editor in sonar and see if there are any tempo changes (or tempo list view)
